ABOUT ME
Hey, I am Olga – an online business coach, effective mastermind group mentor and facilitator. I am working with solopreneur women who run a service-based online businesses.
I have been hosting and teaching masterminds since 2016. I have hosted over 200 group meetings, and run hundreds of individual business and mentoring sessions with my clients.
I believe that every woman is capable of achieving her goals and making dreams come true. This is why I match my work experience, knowledge and strategic talents with effective tools to create programs and courses that truly work.

Every month we meet live at a group mastermind meeting. There are 4 to 6 participants in the group. The structure of the meeting is predetermined and I personally facilitate its course.

Before your first mastermind group meeting, we’ll meet for a 90-minute 1:1 strategy session to make a detailed plan for the next goals in your business, and thereafter for monthly mentoring and coaching sessions.
As I will be in constant contact with you, I will always be up to date with what is going on with your business and you will be able to give you exactly the support you need, and to solve your challenges on an ongoing basis.
COMMUNITY
You will get access to an online group that we use to communicate between meetings. We meet in supportive live sessions:
12-week planning – group process of planning next goals and projects.
Business coffee – informal meetings where we discuss various matters related to running a business.
Coworking sessions – online meetings supporting productivity on a daily basis.

The participants of each group are carefully and individually selected by me.
If you decide to apply to my mastermind group, after analyzing your application, I will let you know if participation in this group is the best option for you.
I will not invite you to the group unless I am sure it will help you achieve your goals.

STEP 1
APPLICATION
Have you read the information about the groups and are you determined to take part? The first step is to complete the application form.
After analyzing your application, I will contact you with information about the availability of places or the estimated time of waiting for a place in the group.
STEP 2
DISCOVERY CALL
The next step will be an online meeting, during which I will ask you additional questions to be able to determine whether my mastermind group will be a good choice for you.
During the meeting, you will also have the opportunity to ask me your questions about the group and make the decision whether to join the group.
STEP 3
SET UP
After making the payment for participation in the group, you will receive a welcome packet with all the most important information and you will be able to start getting ready for the first meeting.
In the meantime, you will get an access to the online group and meet other participants.
You will also learn how to take part in the mastermind in the best way, to fully use its potential.
STEP 4
STRATEGY CALL
To prepare you for participation in the group, we will initially meet for an 1:1, 90-minute strategy session to define your business goal and how to achieve it.
Then you will be able to start working on your action plan using the materials of the 12 week plan course included in the program’ materials.

How advanced should my business be for me to take part in this program
You can participate in the program only if you have been through a 30-minutes free one-on-one session with me. Thus I will be able to verify if the level of your business and your experience are suitable so you can make the most of the group.
I run groups for business woman on various level of advance, so you will be offered a place in a group which is on a similar lever to yours.
However, mastermind group might not be the best option for you if you haven’t started with your business yet, you’re still in the process of designing or planning your business and for other reasons.

WHEN WILL WE HAVE THE MEETINGS during this program?
The dates for our individual meetings are all adjusted to your needs and my possibilities. My typical working day takes place Mon – Fri between 10 am and 3 pm BST/ GMT, so please take this into account.
The dates and times for our group meetings are planned about 3 months in advance and the whole calendar is available for you in google cal and in our online group app.
Group meetings take place between 10 am and 3 pm in working days. There will be a specific time and day of the week for every group.
WHAT SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE DO I NEED TO TAKE PART IN THIS PROGRAM?
To take part in our live sessions, you will need a mobile phone, a computer or a tablet with the Zoom software installed, and a working microphone and camera.
You don’t have to pay for Zoom and you don’t have to register anywhere. You also don’t need any other software or hardware.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM?
After you fill out the form and going through the free consulting session, I will send you the payment link – you will be able to pay via PayPal or credit card.
You will receive an invoice for your participation in the program, however, as I run my business in the UK, you will need to pay the value-added tax for your country (VAT reverse charge). If you are a VAT payer, you will be able to deduct it later on to your costs.
